THE LION, THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE
Character Descriptions

ASLAN - A great Lion. He is the savior for all of Narnia.

WHITE WITCH - An evil Queen. She has the power to make it always winter in Narnia.

PETER - The eldest of the Pevensie children. He is the bravest of the four.

SUSAN - The eldest girl of the four Pevensie children. She has a special skill with a bow and arrow.

EDMUND - The youngest boy of the Pevensie children. He is swayed into evil, but underneath, is really good and kind.

LUCY* - The youngest and purest of the Pevensie children. Lucy is the first one to find Narnia, and the most trustworthy of her siblings.

MR. BEAVER - One of the talking animals of Narnia. He is one of Aslan's followers who are rebelling against the evil of the White Witch.

MRS. BEAVER - Mr. Beaver's wife, also a follower of Aslan.

MR. TUMNUS - A faun. He is the first person that Lucy meets and befriends when she enters through the Wardrobe.

FENRIS ULF - The wolf captain of the White Witch's secret police.

DWARF - A servant of the Witch.

FATHER CHRISTMAS - (aka Santa Clause or Saint Nick.) He is the bringer of gifts.

ELF - Father Christmas' helper.

WHITE STAG - An elusive omen of good fortune.

ASLAN'S FOLLOWERS - Residents of Narnia who are talking forest animals.

WITCH'S ARMY - Evil villains. Mostly creatures like Hags and Trolls.

WOOD NYMPHS - Stage helpers

*PARTICIPANTS AUDITIONING FOR THE ROLE OF "LUCY" MAY BE AT LEAST 7 YEARS OLD.
