HOW WILL AUDITIONS WORK?
   - Sign up for one of the audition slots. They are listed by the hour.
   - You will be assigned a 10-minute audition time (If the slot you have selected is full, you will be offered an alternate).
   - You will be emailed a confirmation of your audition time along with a link to fill out your audition form online. (Confirmations are sent by staff manually, not automatically, so it may take a day or more to receive your confirmation)
   - On the day of your appointment please arrive 15 mins before your timeslot. We have staggered the times to minimize the crossover per State Guidelines, so your help in this is appreciated.
   - Masks must be worn until you are in the Audition Space.
   - Follow the signs in the Parking Lot to your Audition Waiting Area. You will be checked in by a member of our Staff. They will direct you to the Waiting Area which is set up for Social Distancing.
   - At your appointed time you will escorted to our Outdoor Patio Performance Area. You will be greeted by the audition team seated about 12-15’ from you. After a brief interview you will be asked to perform your song.
   - Remember you must bring Sheet Music in the correct key for your chosen song. You will hand that to our Musical Director who will ask you some questions about tempo, etc.
   - We will ask you to stand on a taped mark on the ground. For your audition piece you can remove your mask. The production team will be masked and a safe distance.
   - HAVE FUN WITH YOUR SONG!
   - You may be given some direction and asked to perform again or asked to sing through your range from low to high.
   - HAVE FUN! This is a whole new experience for everyone.

HOW WILL CALLBACKS WORK?
   - Callbacks will take place Monday May 24 in the evening. Time to be determined based on role(s) you may be called back for. The production team will determine their schedule for the evening based on what they want to see, but please try to be available from 5pm-10pm.
   - A choreography video will be available for those who are called back to study and learn before their callback. The choreography video will be posted before auditions. We recommend studying the choreography in the days leading up to auditions, just in case you are called back.
   - Actors called back may be asked to study and learn a short piece of music from the show to perform at callbacks.
   - The Callback List will be posted late in the evening on Sunday, May 23, and auditioners will receive an email notification once callbacks are posted.

HOW WILL REHEARSALS WORK?
   - Rehearsals will take place in person at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts.
   - All rehearsals will follow the current guidelines provided by the State of California and approved by the Conejo Recreation & Park District.
   - Some rehearsals will be held outdoors on our Patio area. These rehearsals will allow for actors to not wear masks, ONLY WHILE SINGING, but still be socially distanced.
   - Rehearsals that take place inside our Theatre or Rehearsal room will require Masks at all times.

HOW WILL PERFORMANCES WORK?
   - Performances are planned to be on an Outdoor Stage constructed for the show at a location to be announced.
   - Performers will be staged to be socially distant but be able to sing without Masks while onstage. This is going to be a hybrid production utilizing a Staged Concert format, with Costumes, Props, and Projections. To get an idea of this style, watch the LES MISERABLES THE STAGED CONCERT available on Amazon Prime, You Tube, Hulu, and other streaming services.
   - Performance dates are planned for a 1 weekend run, 5 Performances Wednesday July 28 - Sunday August 1.
